Miguel Angel comes to Raquelita's studio

Just saying

Many times I upload here photos that others takes.
From time to time I also add some photos that I take.
So.... Whoever doesn't know yet - I do dance for my own pleasure.
I do it for years. I've started too late to be a professional dancer,
but it made few things at my life.

Some friends. Most of my best friends at the last
years are flamenco people - those who do it for fun as I am
and some professional flamenco artists. I'm not even try to hide
it and even proud at my friends.

One more thing is the fact I learn a lot
about flamenco, not only some new steps.
I know about flamenco history a little better
than ordinary people. And I see a lot. I already
know to see the difference between flamenco
for flamenco and a true flamenco art. It gives me
the ability to make this blog without guilty feeling.
I enjoy to know if it helps to promote flamenco.

The last thing: a lot of self confidence. So a professional
dancer won't be from me this lifetime, but a photographer it can.
To photography you don't need an age to start. Still I have started
taking photos as a child. Since I was a child I used to have some
cameras. My eldest sister learned it as her thing years ago.
When she was a photography student - I was still a child
and was her model. I already learned myself few things
about photography this way. After I started dancing - I made
a decision that photography is more than a hobby for me as well, not
only my sister. I took a part at art exhibitions with photos that I took
with a regular camera. Three photos that I took of my friend
the dancer Ilan Miller took a part at one exhibition.
Then I bought a professional camera and started to take some
photos of stage arts on a regular base. Many of them are
flamenco at rehearsals and on stage. Three photos that I took
of my teacher Mijal Natan has been promoted a place at Tel Aviv.
The guitar player Noa Drezner used a photo that I took for
a poster to one of her shows at Tel Aviv
A photo that I took of the dancer Michal Ben-Zvi has been taken
for posters of two different shows at Seville, Spain.
And I have another blog accept this one. The other blog is
for my own photography. All of the flamenco photos that I take are
at the other blog, some also here. The other blog called Camera & Co.
This is a link:

At the other blog there is only photography. Only
mine and not only flamenco.
In case you are flamenco artist and come to Tel Aviv - I
would be glad to take some photos of yours. My knowledge
about flamenco and photography can help me do some great
flamenco photos.
