There was a show they called "a tablao". four musicians and four dancers. While waiting fir the door will open - one of the Facebook girls (the one with the stickers) came to me and sang. A moment after she said that after a week of hearing sevillanas all the time - she can't do it any longer. I called Ilan who I couldn't see. He took care for having tickets to the show but he wasn't around. His friend didn't feel well, so they were gone. Still he wanted me to tell him what happened in the show. And I was talking with more people there.
The door to the hall with the show has opened a moment before the show was meant to start. The Facebook girl offered me to sit next to her. I accepted with pleasure. Then she asked me to keep on places and she went. 20 minutes later - the show still didn't start. After a little stress - Noa Gur came to stage and told what's gonna be. She said that La Almudena who sings and Sebastian Lorca who play cello came just for taking a part in this show. After telling about the musicians - she was talking about the dancers. When she remind Yael Tuchfeld - a terrible sound came from stage behind the curtain. Mijal Natan asked by shouting if she's still fine. Noa Gur answered that she doesn't know, in a moment she will look behind the curtain and see.
The show itself has started. The curtain has been opened by hands, Noa gur took it. The show has started by a musical part made by Sebastian Lorca and Maayan Doari. It sounded like something I never heard before. Then La Almudena and No Drezner came up. Noa started to play with the guys and La Almudena sang. An alegria. A moment after this part has started - Vardit Lousky came to stage. She started to dance. Accept one thing in the start which looked to me like a mistake - she was amazing. No, I don't hate alegrias - I just rather see others dance it. Vardit made it with a lot of grace. And one part near the end of this alegria - she made a short part with a fan. She received may "ole" from the audience. She was deserve each time that it happened.
Another alegria. This time made by Yael Tuchfeld. Compares to the other dancing parts in this show - her part was short. She was good but I think she can do better.
Then was a musical part which sounded more like jazz.
Adi Akiva came to stage and was wearing pants. I was wondering if she's gonna dance this way. She didn't, she was the palmera in this part. Adva Yermiyahu came up and danced a siguiryia. She also received by justice many "ole" from the audience. In one point she started doing some weird faces from time to time, but she made a very difficult and long dance and didn't miss a thing by level.
One more musical part which sounded more like jazz.
Adva came back to stage with the same dress she was dancing with and with Noa Gur. They made palmas. I didn't recognized the palo. Adi Akiva changed to a flamenco dress. One more difficult dance which looked amazing. Most of time. Many "ole" again, but.... Near the end of her dance there was a part which looked like she forgot what she meant to do. She stopped dancing, looked and smiled. After a short moment the smile has gone and she got back dancing.
Fin la fiesta. All were on stage. Only Yael didn't accept to make a part. They made a going out. It didn't finish. Noa Gur came to stage for palmas with the dancers. From the audience there was an option to join. For a start - Eti Guri joined with a guy which I don't know. After a while - another girl which I don't know came up with bared feet. Adva was the first to make a part. Then Eti convinced La Almudena to give her to sing. Eti was sinning and her friend took another cajon and joined Maayan in playing the cajons. Vardit made a great part and Eti sang something just for her. The girl with bared feet made a part as well. She made it really good. She probably missed once, but it still looked good. La Almudena came back sinning. Eti took Maayan's place and played on his cajon instead of him. Adi made also a coool part. All get down from stage.
Those who were a part of the show got back for another fin la fiesta with Noa Gur. Noa Gur made a part. it was all correct, but for someone who calls herself professional - I would like to see more. It was too simple and boring. They made a try to convince Noa Dresner to dance too. She bagged NOT to. She didn't. La Almudena started to dance while the others on stage made her jaleo and something which sounds a bit like sinning. She made something really beautiful.
The show was over. The next part of the feria - another day for telling who won in the contest. Till next year....
